    I would describe NBF as the Utopia of all workplaces. I love my job! The culture is extremely welcoming. NBF is a place where everyone will know your name. I remember my first week at NBF I walked through the hallway and everyone said hello and called me by my first name. It doesn’t matter where you are located there is this sense of togetherness that people a part of this organization have. When you accomplish a milestone, or you are being welcomed into the organization they are huge on making people feel as if they are a part of the family. The employees at NBF truly are the magic ingredient to the great culture NBF has. I look forward to interacting with my coworkers daily. If it’s a quick Teams Call or a Meeting. NBF team members are diverse and always willing to help.
